Its like anything, use in moderation is the key! He abused steroids as many bodybuilders do because they become utterly dependant on them. The traditional stereotypical side effects mentioned by DCI are (but varies from person to person) from long term usage rather than following the cycle on/off method as they should be taken. Valentino looked like a freak!
