CLS, I have had dealings with VW main dealers (suppose to have a good reputation!), Peugeot main dealers, Ford main dealers, Toyota main dealers and now I will not go near a companies dealership for any servicing because not one of them has done exactly what I asked 'em to do. For previous cars I have used recommended companies and man, are they more helpful and interested in you and your car, not just your money.

Personnally I live near Basildon,Essex and will only be getting my car serviced at one place and if you put 2 and 2 together (and try the advert above) you can guess who I would be recommending without getting in to the "this companies better than that company" debate if thats possible.
