Subaru comes 1st!!!!! Time Attack - FINAL at Donnington 30th September!
Erm, where's the main entrance to Silverstone then?
I've only ever parked in the car-parks near Luffield. (Got the Audi TT in a glass box - Best place for one
).
Is there a straightforward route off the M40 to the main entrance?

by following the signs that say "paddock" on them. Basically over the first bridge, then bear left at the roundabout and go over the 2nd bridge, and follow the road round and they are right there...

Ta. My recollection of that area is a little hazy. I now remember the ruddy great bridge directly through the gate.
Many thanks!
I will have a new toy being delivered tomorrow to allow me to graphically model me around the track via GPS, showing lines taken (overlaid on an outline of the circuit), speed and instant lap / split timings etc.
Should be fun...... it will probably take me all of Sunday to work out how to use it!
My nerves had all but gone this time....... that was until I looked at the weather forecast, which says it's going to hoof it down.

rain is a possible.....not a definite...
I'm busy studying the Powerstation footage of the last Silverstone round and emulating it on TOCA3.
I was wondering if I'd need to touch the brakes at all on my ikkle car apart from at the complex in front of the BRDC stand!

Buckley,
I did the Nurburgring when you were probably still sucking your thumb back in '99!
I will certainly go back, but it won't be until next year now as I have quite a big project to start and finish on the car over autumn/winter.
(and no, that dont include driving lessons
)
Regards,
Shaun.
