I appreciate how difficult it must be to organise something that caters for everybody from 3yrs to 83yrs.

Has everybody got a digi camera? or do I need to bring the olde camera with me as a loaner?

 

Also you will need a decent map as well folks. I will be providing a map but it will not include all the b-roads.

 

we have no maps, cw42 has sat nav! and my navigators are 11 and 10, so there is a good chance we will get lost!!!!!
therefore we will probably find a mac D's if its after 2!!!!

You'll get a map btw with all the location on it, you just have to work out how to get to each one and which ones on the map you should be going to.

 

I've got a spare digicam as well if anyone wants to borrow it.

You will need the following for the treasure hunt.

A decent road map, see below
A digi camera. (fully charged/spare batteries)
A pen/pencil.
A tank full of juice.
your dinner money.

I cant tell you too much without giving away the rules, but if you use more than a tank of fuel then you're doing something seriously wrong.

I dont see why not, but this should be put to a vote. As long as I know how many people are coming and how many leaflets to print out.

 

I was thinking of inviting a few people see if we could bump up the numbers a bit, but I am easy either way

I wont bother then did not realise it would cause a problem just thought 8 was not that good a turn out!

 

8 cars maybe but 28 people so far! No problem, but I've spoken to the lass at the uni and she assures me that she'll do her best to get us all together in an area. I can see the place being very busy myself

 

If your reading this and thinking of coming on Sunday, please drop us a note as we'll need to know how many clue sheets to print out as well as any maps. I've budgetted for 15 of each and any more and I'll need to go out tommorow and get some more paper.

As I've already said, gutted that I / we can't make this, just bad timing. Perhaps it'd be an idea to do it again in the future just for us guys to come and do it, and we could do the same for you? Would make a nice couple of Sunday's out for us all.

May be susceptible to cheating and bribary, which is never a bad thing
