Lets see your "One off" modifications!
Not half as good as some of the mods in this thread but it works a treat!
exvaux gave me the idea for this to stop the dreaded Bung rattle on my Blitz NüR Spec R exhaust, I just added to it.
I also had some black heat proof paint lying about so decided to "Stealth" it too.
(Ignore the gloss finish on the new bolts in the pictures)

Thankfull Defi brought out the blue gauages recently, I'm waiting for them to come down a little in price so I can matching the blue in to the rest of my dash.
Lots of really good ideas on here, particularly like the centre consol pics. Find my Uk Turbo centre consol to be a bit bland and hope to spruce it up a bit, will certainly see where my imagination takes me and post up afterwards...

I have a few more to add soon
I have a polycarbonate battery tray/clamp for my Odessey PC680 battery and also a Bailey Motorsport Cosworth oil separator tank that has been converted to -AN fittings to go on my 2.5 build.

Something else ive been busy with...
Heres a quick snap of my new Bailey oil/separator. Different to any normal catch can as it is fully baffled and has a proper VTA and oil return.
There are 3 inlets at the top all -10AN in size. These are for the crankcase and one each for the rocker covers.
Then there are 2 x -12AN outlets at the bottom, one on the left will return to the oilpan via a banjo mounted on the drainplug. The outlet on the right will VTA via a secondary vapour can that will be mounted next to my battery. The secondary can i am yet to make but will feature a VTA filter, sight tube and drain plug.
Oh, i wanted a purposeful look as i dont do bling so i painted it wrinkle black (motorsport finish
)
Nice one Wayne.
Reversed inlet also looks very well done Bob.
I made my own bracket and adjustment mechanism for flipping my alternator this month. Will look sharper once powder coated.

I've also been meddling with my PC680 battery from the recent group buy...
Supplied terminals on the right (one too small), terminals i machined myself on the left.

Fitted.

Battery tray i had machined, still not quite finished yet however.

On 30 litres of LPG, 140 miles.
On 30 Litres of Optimax, 150 miles.
So Optimax is £1.08 and LPG is £0.54 per litre!!
So its nearly a 50% saving.
Wayne.
PS its a little better on the motorway on both fuels. Get about 25-26mpg at 80mph cruise. So with LPG its equivalent to 45MPG!!!
