How do you intend to put oil in out of interest? Through the breather ports instead?

John

I'd be interested in your review of the weekend when you get a chance. I looked at the times and thought they weren't to bad considering the late development of the car and driver

Is there a Doctor in the house?

If so please could you call round John Steveson's house immediately because I fear he may have lapsed into a coma following exhaustion from last weekend

Finally started work on the car for this year. Bit late as usual, but we'll get there

Spent a night, removing most of the Time Attack related Stickers, what a 'mare of a job ! (Note to self, don't let Craig withing 12feet of a car when he has a box full of Stickers)

Also removed the old rotated Garrett setup, originally built by Andy.F 8 years ago it has seen service on Andy's original white RA, then John Banks car, then my red car and finally this one. I originally slagged Andy about the welding, but in fairness, 8 years is a fair innings
However, it's really tired and brittle now. So have some nice new Lateral Performance Headers and 3 bolt up pipe to build a replacement from.

The old and the new

John,

Bit of a dig up of old pics... BUT

Did you just bond the grp arches over the steel originals? No cutting back for extra space?

Also, where did you get the kit from?

cheers

Mark, technically it's a Basin

Another wee development with the car that should (hopefully) be on and fettled in the next couple of weeks. Rare find on a certain well known Auction site recently.

Yip, Ikeya 5sp, engineering looks tiptop. Hopefully will mean proper clutchless Flatshift.
