I can forsee a problem with a convoy. For those organising a stand, wont it be a good idea to get there early? Anyone know what time the tts/cads/wyioc got there to set up last year?

I've just been speaking to Pete at Prosport about the nbo plans, and the bad news for us is that he will be in Donegal that weekend
Good news is that Andy, the mechanic, is more than happy to bring Prosports rally car up for our stand
I'll sort out the finer details one day next week, but at least we now have the rally car I was hoping for. Thanks must go to Pete, and Andy for stepping forwards with his time.

No secret that we were going with prosport for our stand, and andy took the rally car up for the LADS last year anyway.
Pete kindly agreed to help us out this year though

TTS CS Scooby wagons and Terzos I know what they are all planning and competion is going to be awesom this year for the club stand of the day .
This years <vision.> for me was to concentrate on the Club stands as trade stands arent exactly queing up despite a lot of letters behind the Scenes to them all.
I want to keep people on the NBO field and give them more to look at hence expanding on the Club stands rather then let them go to the theme park as lack of things to look at in the field but rows of scoobys ,i know this is a break from tradion and is causing hours of debate at the NBO committee meetings but with the excellent stands from LADS,CADS and aa few others this will fetch a carnival atmosphere .
Looking at the probable figures there will be nearly 200 involved in Club stands with the other 200++ being indepentant scooby owners
Its those people I want to target by letting them know there is a scooby club in their area to make the groups stronger and increase membership then we look towards

which is so complex I havent dreamed it up yet

Thanks for sharing your vision john I was going to pm you regarding traders on a club stand, but guess you've just answered my questions regarding that
Are there any clubs from down south coming this year, and has the north/south been divided by the nbo and sbo meets now Be a pity if that was the case.

Just got a definative decision off john regarding size of stand:
Hi chris the biggest allocation will be for 16-18 cars and we measured it out at the TTS meeing of 30 yards wide by 15 yards which will comfortably get 15 cars in spread out a bit to make the stand more interesting so people can walk around it in comfort so i recomend say 15-16 only of your best cars that will make people more keener to make the effort at the TTS the competion was really fierce for a stand place it was like a car of the day show to get the coveted place
