.... but seeing as I have one, I can say that there has been absolutely no difference in the fuel consumption or handling of the car since I fitted this!Should also add that it has been proven that the larger scoop increases airflow to the I/C by over 30% and resulting in intake temperature of 10-12 degrees .... something that the standard scoop is totally incapable of doing, particularly at higher speeds!

Its also nice to see people doing 130 on a public road and still have time to concentrate on what % their knock link is reading
Makes you glad you don't own an Impreza any more

running apexi fc, it holds the highest reading so you can look at it later

don't sti 5/6/7/8 rear spoilers slow you down ?
it does not stop every man & his dog from fitting them !!

I like:
fog covers
front lip
rear spoiler
wheels ok
don't like:
scoop
stickers on mirrors and windscreen
amber bulbs in front indicators
morettes
standard side lights
but thats just me - if we were all the same wouldn't life be boring

yes it's a dr motorsport jobbie (brill paint/finish)
i've put it on to try to get the knock level down @ high speed
running apexi pc & water injection but still getting knock @ 130+ with booster
had it mapped twice now !!
0-100 no knock, then on a motoway 130+ was up to 70% knock on the read out
not tried it out yet , mabe next weekend
thank's chris

IMO a case of function over form.
If you are regularly doing those speeds consider a FMIC
