no no thats all wrong, have breaky at home and work then a big lunch but with fat free crisps followed by loads of chocolate but make sure everyone knows you had an apple. then get home and snack as much as possible but make sure your eating an orange when the wife comes in, take the dog out for a walk but use your bike, this way he can drag you around if you just kepp shouting CATS. then get home tell the wife your starving and shell cook you a big meal. say its to much but eat it all anyway. then the weekend comes drink as much as feasable possible hopefully so you forget the chinese you had on the way home

Yeah I work with a couple of season ticket holders and they werent impressed at all today for exactly that resaon.
