Yeah I'm really enjoying getting back in the saddle - haven't had a bike for about 20 years! Means I can go out for a ride with my 6 year old lad as well

My wife is cycling loads to work at the moment and Im meeting her afterwards on my bike (about 20 miles round trip) so getting plenty of time in the saddle at the moment.

You'll be surprised how easily you can build up the mileage with a bit of practice.

if i go to work its 14 miles round trip. takes me bout 25 mins each way
