my cycling is going really well, i average about 60 miles a week and on the way to work which is just over 7 miles and lots of ups and downs, i average 18 mph. its the recovery rate i notice more now though, i used to be fooked for about 20 mins and could not walk right at first. now i just jump off and im ok as good as straight away, thats when you know your getting fitter. been 6 months now and i feel good

its definatly saving me money as well as i dont hardly ever put juice in our kids car now, it jut sits there doing nowt

i need a van for some work im doing though, i cant use our kids car cos its not right, its a 12k car and i cant **** it all up with my work gear in it

i cannot believe how busy i am now, work has took of big time for me, i need to make the decision soon to expand one of my business's, if i do i will take someone on and they can do all the work whilst i count the pennies
