im really awake, did a 2 mile run before until I had the worst stitch ever and had to stop
had an energy drink and just dont feel tired. Wil probably just hit me and I will fall asleep on the couch

been looking at new running machines as mine is bobbins, only goes upto 8 mph, stil faster than my calibra though

saw one somewhere that goes upto 22kmph so probably about 14mph, it is cushioned as well and has about 50 programes on it, also electric incline, mine is just basic uncushioned and can hurt my shns after a bit

dont know what time to go work tomorrow. the way I will have to go I wil be sat in traffic and I hate thatm especially where the m61 meets the m60 near worsley

on street wars there is a building that was on fire. People from the 4th flor jumped out to safety
they stayed close to the building whilst dropping which slowed the drop down and they were all ok
