think i have sorted out my itv freesat issues, instead of messing with the dish, I simply connected both cables from the dish into the sat finder (after putting it onto an itv channel) and simply adjusted the gain from max to midway. Seems to have done the trick

I think its 500k or its 250k forget now - remember they can get spied away so make sure you max your spies out first (without the WRC) you can only buy 1 nuke a day or 2 if you have it
