yes sticking with plasma as lcd are too blurry for sports even the 200mhz models. Trying to find info on the panasonic txp50v10b but tinternet at work is too slow

50 inch is what I am going for, also like the look of some of the new lg tv's. I have well and truly buggered up my existing plasma, I know what is wrong with it but for the parts its over 300 to sort and considering its only a 1080i/720p set its pointless (was only going to put it in the garage anyway and hook it up to my soon to be done home network )

 

Im not feeling that great today had a massive poo before (solid) and just ran upstairs now to fill the bowl with what was basicly water

my wife is an expert on this sort of thing mate, the pram you have said here is supposed to be very big and the car seat gets bad reviews, she also said the pram wont fit in your wifes car

 

she said you also need to decide what you want from the pram, if you are getting in an out of the car all the time it is very heavy, also space in the house, it is very big. there are lots of bits to it that you need to make sure you need! you can get prams that will do the same stuff but with less bits, quinny is supposed to be the best around at the moment but its not everyones cup of tea.

its worthwhile going to your local mothercare or mamas and papas with the fiesta as its gonig to be the car your wife uses the most and try out the prams you like in it, the shop staff are very helpfull with this

we got that steriliser, be careful with the ***** on the bottles, nothing mad, its just that they can collapse easy as there too soft, all it means is that the baby will be sucking an not getting any milk, you may not have any probs, all we did was change to the mam bottles when this happened and they were great

 

the other thing the wife said about prams was that if she had the choice she would get one that you can push with one hand, the pram we got had two seperate handles and therefore you couldnt push it one handed. sounds silly but wait till you need to carry the baby and push the pram at the same time whilst your alone its a pain in the back side

 

yep im in something I only got £200 though as I only have the expensive cover for myself

anyone see that hospital program last night? I watched it after the footy, young chavvy mums having kids, no wonder this country is going to the dogs, little *******. One of them was with the baby's dad for a month and they decided to have a kid. Ended up getting a council house and everything. Makes my blood boil that they think they are doing nothing wrong, and it means there is going to be a new generation of waynetta ******* who are going to milk the country. Now compare that to panorama the other night, there was a mum who worked part time at woolies before they went under, and she tried to claim job seekers and they wouldnt let her because she hadnt paid enough contributions etc, she was a decent woman who worked (albeit part time) and looked after her family yet she gets nothing, yet fecking 16 and 17yr old slappers (fat ugly ones at that who should be irradicated) get the fooking world, they will never work, yet will be better off than the hard working citizens

Some good points there Ste ive forwarded them on to the wife - when it folded down it went quite small it also had a adjustible bar rather then handles so 1 hand is easy

We have plenty of time yet so we defo need to look into them

the mothercare prams seemed flimsy (there best seller ones) the handles/bars rattled around I didnt like the build quality

 

its the wife that told me the majority of it mate, any questions or querys an ill pass them on.

sometimes girls are different, her neice is, they dont grow as quick so the pram will last that bit longer, bear this in mind mate. you also need to think about where your going to go out walking with the baby and make sure the pram is up to it.

we were restricted when we got ours as the wife had a puma. there was only two prams that fitted in the boot, we got the loola which is a half decent pram but like you say it feels flimsy, this is because it has two seperate handles and not one.

we got rid of the car after 3 weeks cos the wife couldnt put the car seat in the back without nearly crippling her. is your wifes car a 5 door? my wife now has a fiesta and when we have another baby we have more choice with prams. the wife says the mutsy(sp) is currently one of the best as well.

dont forget as well mate that although you have a good while until the baby comes it can still take time to order a pram, some of them will be in stock whereas some will need parts of it ordering. bear this in mind, we had to wait to get the cot bit of our pram.

when we had jake i still had the scoob, he used to love the rumble and it would always send him to sleep

 

think i pay about 15 a week, it covers me the wife and the baby. we get more out of it than we pay each year so it benifits us

 

I only pay £18 per month but I will look at increasing the amount of cover. Think it is subsidised through work as it comes directly out of my pay packet.

 

yes mine comes out of my top pay as well so it aint as bad as what you think.

its fine trundleing about its when you hit the loud pedal its like a jet fighter not blowing my own trumpet but the nur spec is one of the best sounding zorts on a scoob

 

i heard it once when you gave it some beans when you went up a hill and whilst nice sounding still didnt think it was mega loud (maybe my age has affected my hearing)
