Not so sure that is the best plan Chief, if you don't say anything then the practive will continue to happen. Certain people will carry on gett benefits when they clearly do not deserve them or the rest of the staff also deserve them.

Without knowing what you do and stuff, do you not have monthly 1 to 1's, personal development or anything like that? If I was working hours outside my normal 9-5 without getting paid and i knew other people would I certainly would be knocking on the managers door or refusing to work those hours.

Sometimes it isn't always the best to rock the boat but there has to be a line, in which the company is quite clearly taking the micky.

Ok were a small company PC stuff goes out of the window - another problem is the big bad wolf at the helm is my Dad, and to say he is intimidating is an understatement.

As mentioned take it to the bank before lettin car go, a mate of mine took a draft for his motor bike, problem was it was a fake. So we had all the mither of tracking the tosser down , getting bike back and then having a chat with said tosser.
