our place has slowed a touch but not that much, few non production days, i find it funny though cos people try to wind me up but i just laugh, if i get made redundant id earn more money away from there, the only reason i dont leave is cos its a gauranteed income with a pension, plus its easy work

Seriously, look into it first tho, theres LOADS of hidden charges these days mate, it aint as simple as just renting it out anymore

Youll need a gas certificate, electricity cert, Electric Efficienct cert, to be registered on the 'Selective LAndlord Register' (Thats £540!) and need permission from your morgage people (£250 long term!) it adds up to a small fortune as ive just found out mate, robbing t4ats this government
