did my weights then finished off with some cardio and then a bit of sparring on my punchbag

got back into forza 2 on the 360. Didnt realise how much I have left to complete

Funny you should say that 'H' i was talking to the guys at work who i train with, that is one thing that boils my P***!!! unless your feckin' huge you dont need to walk around with your arms out swaying as if you've got two basket ***** under your armpits, loads at my gym do it. i feel like saying 'stop being a **** and get your arms in, you aint that big!'

at the moment just some holland & barrett soya protein, it works out at 24.8g of protein, 1.9g of carbs and 1.3g of fat per serving (dry) then whatever the skimmed milk adds on top.

Works for me, and gives me a break from tuna
