I don't believe in keeping fit. It makes you live longer I'll admit but that means you spend longer at the end of your life where you start dribbling and hair starts growing out of your ears etc.

i didnt till i gave up smoking and put 2 stone on in 2 months im not liking the bigger belly it has to go

gimme 3 months and i will be ripped up i will be coming to the meets in vests and everything
