Ok a lot of people invest in property - imo waste of time and not as much return.

say you buy a terraced home for say 100k you'd get a return of 4-500 quid a month tops for that, now if i could say you could lay out 60k and get a return of around 1500-1600 quid a month now wouldn't that make you sit up and take notice???

i have 2 mates who are obsessed with retiring by 40, if i did that i would go mad. i cant stand not doing any thing, there is no job i wont do for a bit of cash, thats how you make money, never turn a paying job down,

if someone asked you to do a job, what would your hourly wage be?

Ok dont laugh - a canalboat.

right - brand new 57' narrowboat about 60k, running costs are mooring 1500-2000 a year, public liability, and fuel, water waste disposal. around 5k a year to run. now you can easily get a grand a week (no joke) for a decent boat and most boats get hired out at least 20-30 weeks a year.

its a good little business if you have a couple of them
