went the gym before and i now feel bloody good, finished it off woth a nice sauna and swim, the pool was empty so i took my shorts off and was one with nature

only 11 weeks left till my shutdown, then its 3 weeks off going to be doing lots of painting an also lots of days out, then in september were off to portugal for a week
