shouldnt take too long to cook either, can have a pre workout drink mixed with red devil, put the duck in the over, then have a good proper workout, maybe even hit the punch bag and a quick run and then settle down for tea and hollyoaks on channel 136 at 7

sky + the indianna jones film the other day as well, so may watch that. Also got recruit ready to watch as well, decisions decisions decisions. Got some dvds to watch as well, rise of the footsoldier is supposed to be good
