its mainly so he starts of getting fit from an early age and then he will know no different. I know how hard it is for a fat kid growing up so I dont want him to suffer from that. Besides its something I want to do as well so it will be good father son bonding

how about letting him just be a kid and go play footy with him rather than teaching him how to kick the living daylights out of someone, take it from me ive been there with alll the training and there aint nowt better than playing footy with your dad, sure as heel beats doing the splits and kicking the crap out of someone, jay be a mate not a dad its the best way
