consists of 3 demijons, filters, bungs, bottles with stoppers. Will need to buy some sterilising stuff and some yeast, loads of sugar (sugar turns to alcohol you know ) and some fruit

 

think I will do a fruity rose wine first

 

consisting of rasberries (if available) and maybe a few strawberries as well. Press them flat and add some chemicals etc leave for a day or so (covered in a bucket), then sieve the juice off into a demijon, add some yeast and pop on the bung with airlock and whey hey let it ferment for a month or until it stops fermenting

 

then just a case of bottling it up and leaving for a motnh or so

 

should then have a reasonably strong 12%abv rose wine

 

just in time for the birth of the little un

 

if its a lad I will call it JAC Rose
