Afternoon spam man-J 
Yep, not really been on for a while, been playing with the missus loads, and am off the beer and wine (been harder than giving up smoking i can tell you
) 
so have avoided the internet as i always just get leathered sat in front of the pc 
Ive lost nearly half a stone too in about 2 and a half weeks
