I don't know if it's the site, my laptop or our internet connection

I have done a virus scan, deleted crap, closed all my wondows down. re-booted and it's STILL slow

 

its defo this site as it does it with me on work PC and home PC - every other site i use loads fast as **** - SN is pants but its running ok for now
