the price of houses in atherton has risen quite sharply over the last few years jay

theres a new estate on bag lane near barrs drinks, some houses on there are £350k

Although mine isnt the one directly opposite bar, its a little bit before the roundabout the Elite homes

(better and bigger than the persimmon ones)
