It has a philips cd in at the moment so must have already been changed. It is an iso connector, but the one on my sony is of a different type. also the aerial on my sony is a deep socket type, but on the philips its sort of a flat plug. May take the stereo out again and check deeper to see if the wiring is a convertor from the original

Cheers Adam, thats whats in the car, but its totally different on the sony unit on the back, so I need the adaptor for the radio to the original wiring

his car is in limp mode, the misses has no car(CLUTCH) and all he can think about is getting the stereo working
now i'm starting to understand why he got a chavelier
