For my dinner I had a healthy steak slice and a wholemeal hoggie thing. I have another hoggie which I was planing on using for some minestrone soup mid afternoon, but I think I will just have the hoggie. But saying that the soup is heinz (dont tell them) so it has a ringpull top, so I could eat it cold straight from the tin

may have a chicken and mushroom pot noodle for tea. They are the best, especially with a small **** of butter in there as well to make it more creamy
