seen one of the lads wage slips before, 934 poind for one week oh my lordie god i cant wait to get all the hours they get, my car will be modded more than that fellas from lads, the one with the classic that had superglue applied to it before driving through halfords

i can only work this weekend and the one after as the 8th dec im off out and the week after im going to london for the race of champions, then one day in work and im finished for christmas

Yep eating really clean, no ott, no bread, chocolate or any processed foods. just lean white meat, skimmed milk, no sugar etc. loads of fruit and veg, i feel fantastic at the moment.
