i can only work this weekend and the one after as the 8th dec im off out and the week after im going to london for the race of champions, then one day in work and im finished for christmas

 

Yep eating really clean, no ott, no bread, chocolate or any processed foods. just lean white meat, skimmed milk, no sugar etc. loads of fruit and veg, i feel fantastic at the moment.

 

agh but what hapopens if santa brings you some selection packs
