What car have you regretted buying?

Alfa 33 16V boxer cloverleaf - bought with my heart not my head - never made one journey without either breaking down or something breaking on it. Returned the car to the dealer and got a refund.
206 gti - never wanted one to start with. Ruined what should have been a fantastic driving holiday on the continent.
Subaru Impreza Turbo MY00. Preferred my old MY98 wagon.
Saab 9-3SS Aero - nice car but realised market would be flooded soon after purchase so bailed out before killer depreciation took over

I would NEVER buy another Citroen even if they sold new ones for 50p.

Totally second that. Bought a Saxo VTR when they came out. What a heap or rubbish. Was in the garage, more than I had it. Will never buy a citroen again, and wouldnt recommend em.

205 1.6 GTi
After having 3 1.9's I wanted to find another in decent nick, but after looking at loads of ****e 1.9's I decided to get a 1.6. Big mistake. It was mint condition, but performance wasnt very exciting - it felt very unstable over about 70mph and I lost interest in it pretty quick. Only did about 500 miles in it before selling at a loss.

Rover 220GTi. BOught is with just 13K on the clock and in a year and a half spent 4 k on engine rebuilds. Had 13 alternators.
Gwenrally the build and design were shoddy. ELectric went haywire leaving windows stuck down when raininig and the dealers were terrible. Not just one but about 5 one in particular was lousy and couldn;t fix anything just had a string of problems with them and the car.
Shame as it was a very nice looking car but it wasn't as well engineered as it should be especially for what I paid for it. It was a good drive at the time but it didnlt seem to like being driven and got worse very quickly.
Chopped it in for my first Subaru so I have something to thank it for.

1. Alfa 156 1.8 T-spark. Looked great on the outside and inside but just fell apart when you looked at it, let alone drove it !!!! Some car journalists say "everyone should own an Alfa in their lifetime", I say bo****ks save yourself the pain don't buy one.
2. Pug 405 1.6 estate in white . There should be a law against making these. Woeful, truly woeful.
Wolfie.

mine has to be my first car an austin mini,i love minis but this car was a shed it broke down on me on the way home from buying it 2 days later the brakes failed on me going down hill, then it was just 1 thing after the other.i pushed that car everywhere,i probably covered more miles pushing it than driving it.every time i broke down i had to call my mom out to sit with me cause she was in the AA they then refused to renew here policy the year later cause she had called them out 7 times in 4 months
ended up selling it on for what i paid for it though with no mot or tax after a mechanic gave me a list as long as my arm of things that needed doing for the mot including a new subrame didnt really feel to bad selling it cause the bloke who bought it kept ringing me up before hand telling me he was a mechanic and hed know if anything was up with it.so up he turns obviously knowing nothing about cars, but for the added effect hed put on some overalls and smeared oil over his face
