mmmm... just put a post about doing the brembo swap and from reading others front is straight swap, rears need STI hubs for the upgrade

Some threads say that standard rears should be ok with just fronts upgraded ... again

all food for thought

I take it you have the WRX 2-pot brakes then rather than the gold STi Brembos? - i.e. the ones with 315mm disks and 190mm handbrake drums?

I have got the gold STi Brembos on the front of mine, but have not got around to fitting the rears yet. I have started making up some template brackets myself if anyone is interested in fitting them, if you can't wait Godspeed USA do a kit (not to be confused with Iain at Godspeed) for about £250.

i have, i've yet to buy the disks but i have the callipers already (i think they are 290mm?)...i've been toying with the idea of sti brembos but i want to keep my PD7's so would have to run spacers to fit them. tbh i'm not keen on running spacers and i'll need to get some for the back too so i'm looking for some Alcons or similar instead.

Thats one of the things stopping me going brembos at moment... need some new alloys to fit over them... which makes it an expensive mod at the moment

Nice one

To get on Wagon Corner, you let know me (which you have done now ) and I add you to the list for the stand

Can you edit your post or repost with - ScoobyWagons after your name .... this is the Club Stand name we are going under.

Great to have another wagoner on board
