I've decided I don't want to screw anything into the pillar trim and having looked at a few 2 and 3 gauge replacement pillar pods, the money difference to a centre pod is not that much. I don't like the idea of losing the clock but the Defi (wavey) style centre pod is quite nice.

I'm glad Rich is doing all his ummming and arrrring in public. I want the same gauges but am in just as much of a mess about the PODS.

I want this one...

And you don't want to know how much time I have spent looking at ARB's and drop links etc today. It was sooooo quiet in work.

I like the idea or the alloy Powerflex or Whiteline droplinks but at £20+ more that the metal ones I can't see they're worth the extra cash.

AFAIK the standard ones are just as good, performance wise. The alloy ones look better but even I can't see under my car with the Eibach's fitted, so noone else is going to see them!!

Plenty more ummming and arrrring to come!!

I'm feeling a bit lonely on the modding front, so it's good to get some support from a fellow ummmer and arrrrer!!

Alloys it is then! The gauges will be on their way soon guys and you will be drooling over them. (once we decide the POD to fit them in by Christmas) 1 day left. Rich negotiated a steal of a bargain on four gauges.

Anyone know how to fit them? PMSL.

Stay clear of A pillar pods, i didnt and it looks OK from a far but close up its jut a bit shabby. Youve got to cut the current one out (Classic anyway) and then velcro (it never stays with 3 heavy guages in) or screw it into the chassis.

Just got to find a decent centre pod for my Defis now

Anyone for a set of Autoguages soon?
