And to add to T-Uk the Spec C also has slightly wider tyres to go with the sharper suspension set up. Oh and a twin scroll...

should have mentioned the twin scroll too , being the reason the spec-c will probably be stronger low down and up top than the UK car.
one of the problems I feel with the "special edition" UK cars is why they do not use more of the JDM parts or even remove the better parts.
eg. wr1- take a my04 UK , spray a pish colour and fit dccd and springs .for the price , they should have given it a full spec-c engine and twin scroll imo.

The WR1 cost no more than the sum of its parts, and you got cheap insurance! The colour is a matter of taste, as are gold alloys..... We all know you can get imports that are "better", depending upon your criteria. You pay your money etc....
