Have made a bit more progress since the pics were taken, I have cut up the radiator to relocate the water pipe and Im awaiting a gearbox cradle, to allow me to sit a gearbox on the engine to get the correct angle, before fabricating some radiator brackets.

Is the engine staying on a stock subframe, or are you goinng to relocate it down and back?

Tim:
I got a 'smack' when I suggested the very same thing some months ago.

The drive shafts/angles/lengths are a hassle/cut the prop to suit etc.

That crossmember also has to keep those legs in the right place unless there is a bolt-in front member going in.
Be nice to have a removeable front member so the engine/box can come out from the front by sliding it forewards!

It's getting closer:

David: If you are looking at this; can you spare a moment to tell me where to get power to my dccd ecu please? I'm stuck.(aux on the Ign switch?)

Im not telling why the inlet says that, but dyney is close..

Tim.. have a fcukign word!! Why complicate things.. Lets get one thing straight.. the engine fits.. as do suspension, hubs driveshafts etc.. Lets leave them alone, and concentrate on 101 other things!! fwiw.. driveshaft angles arent ideal as it is... However when I consider RWD it may move HTH.

As for the boot floor.. Its the most convinient way of stripping the sound proofing, whilst also making room for large exhaust silencers

no, I havent.. Other than remove the turbo.. Lack of ~63mm bends is stopping me at the moment, and spending all my time helping renovate a house which needs to be finished soon, and it looks more like a warehouse at the moment!
