Just to keep you all up to date even though it's only been a week now and these things do take time to start off I've asked Hybrid if it's possible to get this moving on the numbers we have as I know some of you are more than a little keen to get going
I shall then keep it running the same as the Rota one I have calming off at the moment....members drift in and out on the forum and I have no doubt the 10 plus a few more will be achievable in time, so bare with it guys and we will certainly get this show on the road soon I hope

I've also enquired about new age intercoolers and the Hybrid designed stencil,
If they don't do one for use other than thier own advertising shots I may well know of someone that could possible put something together to help us out

I've just committed to an Sti8 tmic, otherwise i would've gone for this.

I was in the very first Hybrid GB a few years back that Harvey kicked off, and i was very impressed with the cooler.

However i sold it on due to change of plans...but well worth the money folks.

John,

You could sell the TMIC and decide to buy something better like a FMIC, you know it makes sense. It would also boost our numbers up to get this groupbuy on the road.

Go on you know your tempted.

Although i may be buying one, on behalf of someone, so that'll still get your numbers up.

Afternoon all....

2. p1 waller...with everything (Catch Tank, Insurance)
3. Luke C...
4. sween... with everything (Catch Tank, Insurance)
5. matscooby... with everything (Catch Tank, Insurance)
6. Mo
7. scoobysmiff.... with everything (Catch Tank, Insurance)
8. scoobboy.. hybrid gt spec intercooler, catch tank and insurance
9.
10.

Two more needed guys

I've dropped you all a PM so when I need to e-mail you the more sentitive information I can do it as one private e-mail.

Just to keep you up to date I have been trying to find the best terms of payment for us... Eric at Hybrid has asked for a telegraphic transfer known as a T.T. this is a direct money transfer from bank to bank by you all individualy, I imagine I would then need to send him one e-mail with all of your delivery addresses on... that's one point I have asked him to clarify.
There may be a bank charge of up to £20 for each tranfer for this, I've been down my bank to find that out and they take 3 days or more to cash the other end.

What I have also asked is if we can all do it by paypal instead it will be a lot easier in my eyes.... I'm now waiting on a reply for for these questions.

( Has everyone got a paypal account ? )

Just bare with me guys it is quite complex to organise a group buy abroad, not a simple case of picking the phone up unfortunatly.

__________________________________________________ ________

Now the HYBRID stencils some of you have asked about, They are available but they are from the Hybrid Australian outlet and we are dealing with Hong Kong who normally put the HDI stencil in with theirs. If wanted they can get hold of them from Australia but there is a cost of £5 for these.

I would say Paypal would be easier and quicker, it's simple to set one up and very straight forward.

Si,

I don't wish to be a pain in the ****, but if where to pay by T.T. do you think they'll reduce there total price by £20 to compensate with this charge.

I also have Paypal

Assuming you have My99 or My00.

If you already have an Tek3 remap on your car it doesn't cost that much around £150, if you have a Tek2 it will cost around £250. If not jump on the group buy, theres always someone offering one for £500.
As for if it will make a differance, get a bigger turbo Td05 -VF28/34 these can be picked up for £250 and then have a remap and it will be happy days.

yep the P1 has a Vf28, thats what mine came off. I'm getting around the 330BHP on a Uk turbo, not bad considering it started with 215BHP!!!!!

Not sure what injectors you have in a P1, mine has 440's and are very near there limit, you may want to have a chat with who ever is going to do the mapping to see what they suggest.

Just to update you guys with the situation,

Paypal is going to be ok... but we will have to add 3% on the total to cover the costs that Hybrid will incure being paid this way.
For example if you have the mount plus tank and insurance that will come to £305.50 with the 3% it totals £314.95, not to forget the import tax on that which you will be billed for after a couple of weeks.

I hope that is that accetable for you all ?

This group buy is still a fantastic price and I am sorry for these little extras but there is no way around it. The thing that makes this complex is that we are buy from abroad and are limited on choices of payment etc..... it's not a simple case of phoning up and using the old plastic card by a long way.

Eric from Hybrid has asked that I supply him with all the details for delivery so I'll put an e-mail together Sunday morning to you all and I need to allocate each of you with a customer order number and I'll need some info off yourselves which I will explain in the e-mail, when I then get all that back from you I will supply it to Eric and then we are just about ready to start the group buy live, all you then do is quote your order number with the group buy noted and he can then match you off against the list when you make your pay pal payments.
It's not as complex as it sounds trust me but it is taking me some time and work here, bare with me and I am expecting to get this live in the next day or so.

Regards
Simon.
