Know how you feel pal, when i split with a girl after 4 years who was still head-over-heels for me it was the hardest thing i have ever had to do! But you have to do it, otherwise your spend the rest of your life being unhappy!
If she you cant do it then start nailing anything with a pulse, your soon get caught out!

Novemberscoob, you have to be straight with her and tell her that you want to split. Ignore the tears and stay firm, leave her in no doubt and dont leave her with a little bit of hope. You have to be firm and stand your ground. As to her threats of suicide, you cannot let yourself be blackmailed no matter how hard. You have to be honest and tell her that her threats wont work and they are not going to keep you. Be strong about this as you could be stuck for another 10 years by giving in.

I don't think it is fair that you want to kick her out of the house but regarless of who ends up with it the other person can legally make you sell it, buying her out is the only other option.

Stop being a coward and think of what she is going through. By giving in to her tears and threats you are giving her hope that things will work out. Once you tell her straight she can start to deal with it and get her life back together. Be a man and tell her.

She is threatening suicide to keep hold of him, that doesnt make her a fruitcake. We have all said things we dont mean just to hurt somebody else. If she does attempt suicide then she is a fruitcake and he is well rid.

 

Would she just be the baking ingredients for threatening?
