Guess I'll have to fill up on the weekend but the trip back takes half a tank.
Hampshire scoopies got this from Tesco's. I'll see if I can find out what is happening up here.

Crossing fingers Swindon's finest didn't ping me this morning. It was dark so I'm guessing that I hit the brakes quick enough as they didn't interupt their tea and buns to give chase. Shame the guy behind me took this to be a brake test and put his full beams on no doubt attracting extra attention from the brightly decald Merc. Bloody snooper was no help either! What do those hairdryers use? Radar or Laser?

Got and email back from Tesco and looks like we are nowhere onthe list for up and coming 99RON by Tesco. Looking at some of the other forums there is a wide opinion on mpg figures up and down. Stuck with the Optimax and 97 for a while. I'll try a tank on the weekend when down south and let you know. Off to Essex for the weekend to see friends.
