Rugby all the way but then again I am biased towards Rugby considering I play for Stuttgart Rugby Team
As said b4 football is played by a bunch of overpayed prima donnas that can't manage to stay on their feet for more than a few steps.
As for the hugging thing in the scrum! just look at the footballers when one of them finally manages to get the ball in the net!!
Rugby is a far more strenuous, interlectual and tactical game than football will ever be, rugby players need to think more and make sure they are in the right place at the right time to catch the ball. Also Rugby has a far more complex set of rules than football.

So who would you rather have a drink with after a game? A bunch of happy Rugby players for me, not a load of lager swilling baseball caps.
Come on Les, you can't sit on the fence. The Rugby vote needs you

How about we settle the argument with a half of kicking an inflated pigs bladder coupled with 40 mins of egg chasing for the second ? Glad to see support for the great game, but why no Rugby related threads in sports ? I look after a "fun" Sunday side near Reading, so if anyone wants a game or a fixture PM me !
