Just like to post a message of thanks to the organisers.

We (woody1 & mr incredible) turned up late and missed the meet at Mariner hall then got stuck in the traffic. After about 40 minutes, turned round and took a detour. Got to the roundabout where the mini's were in mass. Struggled to get in, but eventually spent the cruise of the lights with a couple of mini's making lots of noise with horns and exhausts !

Kids enjoyed it although my pregnant missus nearly exploded due to time between toilet stops !!!!!

Eventually got to see quite a few turning up at Maccy D's as e got there about 10pm. My 6 year old son was well impressed by the black classic with light pod on the front and the silver one with neons !!!!

the classic with the pods on was a nice bit of kit. i was 2 infront of him all through the lights till he stopped for a bite to eat.

Seen him flash his lights a few times, was like someone turned on the sun lol

I have copied the video and resized for SE P series phones (can do some other sizes too...) 320 x 208 avi file - size is only 5.6 MB - is this OK? - would you like to host a download? - your server must be megafast I got the download of 37.9 MB in 19 seconds - awsome

i wasnt pushing in or anything, i came up from Co Durham, missed the meeting point, and got a right good talking to off the Mrs. i sat at the back of the que way before the lights and couldnt see anyone. so not wanting ti miss anyone i skipped a few places in the back street and came out at the collection point. Asked the guy if all you lot had already passed, was told no so i pulled off again and waited. Seen Frank, handed in a fiver from us all and joined in.

They did actually sit at the MArine Hall, for quite some time 'watching' ..

As testiment to us all, they just 'drove off' and left us too it.

I didnt make it all the way to the end as i had to pick up the wife from the hotel but loved all the attention from the public "look! a subaru, and another, and another, and another and...." lol
Any chance of posting up what the papers had to say about it?
