The first one was pretty much road legal when I bought it. Most single series race cars come from the factory with no id, so you need to get confirmation of year of manufacture from the manufacturer- as all the paperwork was in order all I had to do was have it MOT'd and send the paperwork to DVLA. It needed its headlights fitting, although I think you can run them without headlights provided you only run them in the daylight. Someone can no doubt advise better that I can. It would also need indicators fitting.

They are really quite unpleasent to drive on the road though- I drove mine to Oulton once, which is about 40 miles away, and vowed I'd never try it again. They run so much negative camber on the front that they end to be very nervous below about 80, and are sprung incredibly hard (like you wouldn't believe)- some may think there road cars have hard springs but I promise you that they're nothing like a proper race car.

The second car (same as the one in the d, an ex Team Boulevard car) was loopy- mental quick and handled like a dream. Unfortunately I had a big VAT bill and someone wanted to buy it Never found another as good but am still looking.....
