Fancy a run along Buttertubs, just sent U an e-mail for the route. I was going to have a trip on the bike this week end to try it out but the misses just gave birth, ( dammed inconvenient). So suppose I'll try a day out with U nutters! in the scooby not the bike

A Kendal start for the "well north", and a Hawes (or similar) "base camp one" for those further South. Just so that us "red and white roses" can arrange a convoy to the meet.
