I am off thro illness... as I have said I cannot comment on a public BBS becuase of my contractual agreement.. I would not wish to risk my job.
DS - do you think that is mature? trying to dig up dirt on someone? What were you trying to do - show me up.. it's only shown yourself up..

I wouldn't dig up threads on users if I were you - might give them Ideas.
They might find the one about you trying to give up smoking - then you might look a bit silly after your earlier comments about cancer suffers bringing it all on themselves

The whole reason I gave up is because I know it means I'll only have myself to blame when I'm dying in hospital. I w'ont shout at the Drs for diagnosing it two weeks late !! I'm not quite sure what you feel is two faced about that

How do you fill out a mortgage application form then if your job means you cannot tell anyone? I've never met anyone in my whole life who cannot say in some shape or form what they do even if it is military/intelligence

On second thoughts maybe I should take this oppurtunity to bow out.
Thinking about it if you are 26 years old and have been off sick for at least 6 months you must have a pretty serious illness. Nothing else would keep an able bodied young adult from gainful employment for that long a time.
So I wish you all the best in your profession and health. I hope you get better very soon

ps I feel a little guilty as it was my "fcukwits" comment that got you so angry - but in that same post I blamed the government for making Doctors appear to be more concerned at clearing lists than curing patients - thus making the Doctors look like fcukwits (In the Glandular Fever case of my Boss's daughter the Doctor did seem like a fcukwit to me )!

Deep, you are defending yourself unnecessarily here. Most complainants against the medical profession have personal axes to grind so their arguments here are not balanced and without prejudice, so should be discounted.
