Hmmm, me thinks you've taken the wrong approach there Chris, had the car 10 mins and your already slagging off one of the better dealers IMHO
Do a search on here for Scoobyclinic and just count the number of threads praising them to BAD ones, then you will know that these guys do all they can to sort any problems you encounter, i've known Kev to turn out on a Sunday to help his customers out with problems, now how many main dealers will do that ? correct none, thats what i call customer services.
My scoob doesn't go anywhere else but the clinic, i would not trust anyone else with her and believe me, they have done loads of work on my car and yes along the way there have been problems but Kev / Adam are only to happy to sort them for me when they arise.
And as for contacting the police over the number plates
well im sorry but that's just being very petty in my book

yeah we all know about it unfortunatly.
you know, I have ummed and arred about this, but it needs to be said, its people like you that are giving our cars bad names, the little turds that buy high performance cars and rag them about.
you may deny it saying the car was at fault blah blah blah, but I know full well kev would not let a car leave his yard faulty!
you have got it and you have ragged the bo11ocks of it, its probably the first turbo car you have ever owned. unless you had a nova with a turbo lump in it of course.
you have had a few problems and realised how expensive it is to own one of these cars, and tried it on, well welcome to the real world.
I think what you have done here on this website is really shockingly bad! not only have you demanded money from them you have also decided to TRY and make them look bad at the same time!
well im sorry the only person you have made look bad is you!
now **** of back to nova owners dot com and show them your type r, you will be the only there with one, but at least you will be made welcome!

i sold a scoob to the clinic (brilliant price) and bought a scoob from the clinic (top notch condition and value) and have been treated fantastically by them!!!
unfortunatley with this kind of business you cant please everyone all of the time but i will say this they try harder than any other car dealer.....body shop....tuner....parts supplier.....etc... to please their customers than most

For people questioning their integrity I would just make a simple point. A main dealer told me my gearbox was damaged and needed repair. They gave me a price of £1200.
I phoned and spoke to Kev and said can you do me a rebuild. Sure he says popup and lets have a look first.
They know I am no mechanical genius. They could have agreed with Subaru (I did initially say to Kev - JUST DO IT - rebuild it and give me the bill).
He turned the job down. In their opinion there was nothing wrong with my gearbox. Something Subaru themselves admitted when it got a bit hairy legally a bit later.
They could have done what I asked, money in their pocket, and I would have been none the wiser. To make out that they are less than honest flys in the face of most peoples experiance, certainly mine.
As for not dealing with a problem - Jesus the amount of time and effort (way past 7pm I might add on two consecutive days) they spent on a friends car I brought in with an overboost problem, you would not see that anywhere else IMHO. Most places would say 'its five thirty so **** off and come back tommorow'.
In my experiance they really do go the whole nine yards for their customers. If theres a problem I talk to Kev and resolve it face to face or over the phone. I've never come on here and bleated my **** off, solves absolutely nothing and looks foolish. IMHO of course!
And yes I am one of those people who drives about with Scoobyclinic.com on my back windows.

I think that name calling is off !
Fair enough, the guy has a problem with the clinic, and it is a not right posting on here before they have had a chance to sort the problems out (or due to him not taking the car back their). But there is no need to call him a ****, or chavscum - that is REALLY off!
If it was a garage with less of a good reputation, everyone would be saying thats bad and thanks for letting us know!
There are specialists that are raved about who I (and mates of mine) think are cr4p, I dont use them, and I never will, but I wouldnt publicly slag them off on here, as I know what the response from their fans would be!
I think everyon needs to chill down a bit, and this thread should be locked, and perhaps an update posted when the problems are resolved (one that involves both parties, and does not degrade into the usual name-calling that S'net discussions have become!
