Re. header tank, I made some spacers for the top 2 mounting bolts out of the same material I made the manifold spacers from and also made a small spacer/bracket for the bottom mounting, looks like a figure 8.
You can't see the spacer but you can just about see the 2 bolts here:
Spacer just about visible here:

Andrew, that is probably the best way to do it, my method cost £1.49 from Halfords and although you cant see it, there are about 3 washers under each bolt
Andy
ps, Simon, didnt remember ragging it too hard, but now the car is a toy Im not so mechanically sympathetic as I used to be when it was a daily driver

Andy,
Not sure if you want me to just post it in here.. but what the heck..
Datalog lab of the logs I took whilst mapping..
at the wheels 332hp @ 6160rpm and 293lbft @ 4170rpm
Not sure how accurate but interesting anyway.

its a time limited sale, a window of opportunity (I like that phrase) is presently open for me, if I lose this potential option then I will stick with the current car and carry on upping the spec until it really takes my breath away.
I would prefer it to go as a whole package really, although Im pragmatic about splittting it up, if/when the time came it might make my eyes water a little, who knows?
