How much of a job is it to do the seals Lee?
Did they need doing? never had a problem with them, or is it just worth doin as they're off the car?
any pics, might look nice painted, they were pretty dirty but i'm not into clean stuff

Hi again ,,, how is everyone ,,, mine is running a little rough in the morning ,, feels like a plug packing in but i have had new plugs oil and filter th other week ,, any idea's

The internal piston seals are fine, its the dust seals that where split on some of the pistons so I've replaced them.
I'll take a picture this wekend if I have time to put them on.

If it is rough all the time then are the plug gaps correct, if it is intermitent then it could be a coil pack or lead breaking down, check if the leads are split or the rubber plug caps.
