FORZA MOTORSPORT
Yes, you can take them online. I entered my tarted up CTR in a race online and due to it being modified to a certain level I was pitted against someone with a XJ220! lol he did quit the game though, so I continued racing solo, and got the credits for coming first
I'm getting more and more into this game. I'm realising that you do actually have to drive properly, and that looning into a corner at full tilt and then bouncing off the wall is not going to help you, as it would in PGR2.
I've also seen some great ****-ups by the computer AI drivers. It's something to come haring down a straight, round a kink, to see two chappies crash and realise you have no escape path and it's too late to brake

Stef,
I'm well up for it. As said, join the club I've setup, makes it easy to find people
Co-worker also got Forza this weekend, so I'm expecting an **** kicking from him as well.

I think its a good effort. Only got it yesterday. Driving around in an NSX - 630 bhp but I've gone a bit too far as its virtually undrivable at the minute...oversteer city. Will be trying it on Xbox Live tonight...look out for me! Gamertag is Xob Nomis.
I was on it for a few hours last night (online) and couldn't see any car clubs? The only option I had was to create my own. Someone was on there doing sub 10 second 1/4 miles too in a white scooby. Anyone on here?!
The manual is a bit crappy when it comes to explain how you join a car club. I have one setup, but I'm not sure whether I have to recruit people to it, or people can join it freely. Anyone know for sure?
If anyone want's in, just send me a friend request and I'll add you to the club.

There is some serious online cheating going on (and not just in the racing either!) joined a career game shown as Nurburgring (Class B with a well modded STi) so mega 180,000+ credits for the winner.
Then on the race screen it shows 1 lap of the test oval circuit....
Less than 1 minute and all those credits. Not sure how they are doing that though, I think I saw one of them shoot off in the distance, finish the race, then the race venue changed back to the 'Ring. Host booted me out no surprise.
Otherwise its a great game.

so how far through the game is everyone ?
I really wanted to get most of the way through the career mode before playing on live but I'm getting itchy fingers now.I have noticed I'm not spending much money on my cars . I'm just using the ones I've won
20% through now
Craig.

I'm around most nights this week my Gamer Tag is CupraRStar, (from 3 cars previous and PGR2 days!) I can usually be found in the A or B class Career mode or send me a friend request and I will know when you are around.
Markus I have sent you a friend request to join the Scooby Club.
Currently having much success in a lightly modified C1 class EVO VI TME and EVO VIII - I keep the STi in reserve in case the competition gets really tough!

I've trained my Drivator and completed the tests. Also improved it by training on most of the circuits. But how do you get it to run your races in career mode?
i read in Edge Magazine that it is possible to complete career mode just by using your drivator! However in the first so many races, I cannot see no option to enter my drivator and watch it race. Or is this option only available in later races?

It's an interesting little bug that! Does not seem to work on any other car either. Of course, millions of CR's does not make you a better drive, so it does not spoil the game too much. Same as with PGR2, you might have access to all the cars, but it's not worth dot if you can't actually drive the damn thing, there are some very very good drivers out there.

Buy the VW Jetta VR6. Buy every engine upgrade and the other engine. Equip your stock engine, then sell the other engine that was just bought. You will spend 1,500 credits, but gain 45,000 credits. Then, buy the other engine, equip your stock engine, and sell the other engine that was just bought to repeat this as many times as desired to get an unlimited amount of money.
Buy a Volkswagen Jetta, then install all motor upgrades. After you install the engine, reinstall the original motor. Then, go to the second motor that you purchased for 2500 credits. Press X and sell the second motor for ten times the original price. Keep repeating this as many times as desired to get an unlimited amount of money.
and no i havnt used it yet not till i get my 22B the its getting everything lol

markus how do i join the club when i go in to clubs it only comes up with create a club
can you add me tag-scoobysi
Scooby-si,
From what pepople have said, you need to be manually added to a club by either the president or a recruiter.
Send me a friend request (my GT is The Sharkus) and I'll add you to the club and make you a recruiter so you can add other people to it as well.

Stef,
I think the transparent thing might be a bug, the documentation is a little light when it comes to explaining these things.
The race position does effect your score, it's the ELO rating thing, which is based on some chess rating system.
To be honest, I've only had one online race so far, been too busy tarting up cars and winning offline.
