Try maximuscle.co.uk
A very useful site, tells you most things on nutrition plans, training tips, how many calories you should consume each day, what supplements you should be taking, (in your case to put on weight). Have a look on the website, i'm sure you would get some sort of use out of it

Having said that........the leap between Reg Park - Arnold was when many people decided that BB were beyond what "normal" (read - most) people found appealing.
Arnold - Dorian Yates and it moved on again...........is the leap between Reg and Dorian much different to that between Dorian and Greg???
Be interesting to jump forward 20 years and go check out Joe Weider's Mr Drug Habbit show and see then all walking round with 35" guns!

sadly, most BBers couldn't train their way out of a paper bag if they had a map... so it's largely down to the drugs and willingness to take risks.
i think it was yates who set the bar tho, personally. nobody had that kind of mass until he came along.
if you look at pics comparing someone like arnie (or of his era) with yates (and beyond), it is mostly the legs that have advanced so much.
20 years time... imo it will be myostatin that will push the boundaries even further.
interestingly tho, its the old timers like park who still look big after stopping BBing. even guys of arnie's era, without drugs, lose a little of their size ;p

its a bit of a mess now......there isnt much of a difference between Ron Coleman:
and Greg Valantenio.....................its certainly closer than Ron and a "normal" size human! Which is prob why the pro BB dont like Greg much!

lol. Greg valentino is a joke. Put him next to ronnie coleman and you would see that apart from the arms ronnie is much much bigger. You cant relly grasp how big he is until stood next to a average sized man.
As for getting bigger arms what exactly does doing deadlifts got in correlation with the size of a mans arms? Your working you back and legs depending on type of deadlift but not you arms. As for powerlifters being bigger than bodybuilders thats rubbish. Ronnie coleman will lift more iron in the gym than say the best powerlifter but when it comes to lifting stones etc the powerlifter will win. In everyday useable strength the powerlifter has the advantage.
And please people dont use met-rx and maximuscle products. You guys are getting ripped off. Spend 10 mins on a bodybuilding forum and you will soon see why I say that. I cant be bothered to go into details at the moment but you guys are victims of marketing.
As for the person who started the thread Id say it would be best for you to join a bodybuilding forum for good answers. I myself dont train forearms directly as I feel theyre getting enough exercise from working other parts of the body.
