If this clutch will work fine in my 350bhp UK MY00 then put me down for a clutch only.

But must stress I can't too long for it!! as mine is on its way out.

With you there David. So a 5speed uprated clutch will fit into a 6speed with the 5speed flywheel. But your not sure if the 5speed clutch fits in the 6speed with a 6speed flywheel?

Also do you know what size they are? I got a mate who is moaning as he ordered an Exedy clutch for his 2door type r and when the Exedy arrived, it didnt fit? I thought they all fitted? Unless he went to a muppet garage? lol

Whats the deal with the flywheels, are they just £120+vat or is it on an exchange basis?

Will the £14 delivery cover both the clutch and flywheel together?

Sorry about all the questions!!!

The flywheel is on an exchange basis..i would assume that you will be charged a surcharge which will be refunded on the return of your current one..

Delivery...not too sure..

That's what we would normally do. We'll pay the return cost. Once its here we'll refund [ probably £50 deposit fully refundable no matter the condition ] Like for like of course. We don't need too many Skoda flywheels.

Money, a 5 speed clutch definitely won't fit a 6 speed flywheel as they are weird things and take a different shape clutch altogether. We have 6 speed ones available but no real demand yet, hence no stock.

Clutches for classic are 224 mm or 230 mm which are interchangeable. onviously you gain if you fit a 230. The new age ones can be 240 and maybe that is where it went wrong. We are not perfect on later clutches yet as we don't see enough of them to be dead sure.

In case it helps any of the undecideds, i have one of these, (but not at this price, sadly!!) and it really is excellent. Smelly for about 500 miles, but now it has run in - no problems whatsoever, on a classic running about 320bhp. Recommended.
