So this Wax Wizard multi-clean stuff is the same as virosol and it seems everybody has been ripped off?!

Interstingly on the jantastic site, I notice they have "Swift" Polish - which is what Mark Underwood (AKA the Wax Wizard) gave me when I needed some polish - so I assume he must use that site! Hmmmmmmm!

I'll try and stay neutral:

- MC2 is Virosol rebranded by WW and sold on
- Virosol is made by a chemical company, it is not a "homemade" product
- Tests have been done to show they are chemically identical

It seems WW sourced a good product at wholesale level and sold it on with a decent markup. People were pleased with the results of MC2 and were happy to pay the price. The "rip off" has nothing to do with finding people a cheaper source, more the way in which you were sold the MC2.

I use MC2 and have been happy with it but I will go for the cheaper source next time I need some.

Selling an identical product that is rebranded and touted as your own is called a con....Simple as that.

At best its highly unscrupulous and but i wonder what the makes of virisol think about it? Same happend with the zymol/swisol stuff.

~Its a shame but looks like people were conned. Me being one of them!!

Still atleast i know where to get the virisol from now...

LOL was anything Mr Underwood said true?
Not trying to knock him, can't fault his work when I arranged for 5 cars over a weekend to be cleaned a couple of years ago.
He did state he actually made that MC2 cleaner at home though!

I think that's what I have a problem with most of all. But I said I'd stay neutral so I'll shut up

Anyway to get the thread back after a little hijack, the Zanio looks good ScoobyJawa! Have you had a look at http://www.autopia.org? Lots of Zanio users on there, seems to be getting quite a following.

all that effort and it still has a bolt on fog light! Shame on you.

I'd never buy a car with such poor conversions, what else have they skipped on.

Well technically you could put in it the rear bumper like the UK cars, but that looks even more ****. Its easily removable just to put back for the MOT, but its quite small and really doesn't bother me! Other option is to utilise the rear lights but I believe that puts it too high for fog light height regulations or something!?!??!

TBH, not worried by the conversion, car was bought, imported and converted by Whifbitz so I'm quite happy with the job done...............

I love the R34 wheels on it - personal taste I guess , everyone who sees them in the flesh loves them too, plus they were hard enough to come by!

I am thinking of getting them refinished in a kind of Volk TE37 bronze though, as that colour works very well with midnight purple, I like the anthracite of the 34 wheels though, hides the brake dust

But thanks for everyones comments
